McMaster Performance

McMaster Performance is a High Performance Training Centre for athletes of all ages (11- Masters) and abilities located at McMaster University. McMaster Performance is dedicated to the development and progress of committed athletes.  Aligned with Canada’s Long Term Athletic Development plan, we educate and prepare athletes to train at the highest level to reach their potential in performance.

Potential is achieved through:

McMaster Performance Fall Programs

Thank-you for your interest in McMaster Performance. We are excited to help you reach your true athletic potential with a variety of services we offer. Our program offers world-class coaching to help you become the best possible athlete. Our individualized 4-week programs are tailored to your specific needs and abilities. You will be put in contact with a coach who will design your individualized program based on your access to equipment, training age, injury history and sport background.

Our programs are delivered using an application-based program where you can access your daily workouts that are accompanied by instruction videos and coaching feedback. We also currently offer virtual training sessions and assessments. During this session, a coach will take you through a variety of movement assessments and exercises to help ensure you have the proper instruction and movement capabilities to complete the program that you are provided.
