McMaster Performance Fall Programs
Thank-you for your interest in McMaster Performance. We are excited to help you reach your true athletic potential with a variety of services we offer. Our program offers world-class coaching to help you become the best possible athlete. Our individualized 4-week programs are tailored to your specific needs and abilities. You will be put in contact with a coach who will design your individualized program based on your access to equipment, training age, injury history and sport background.
Our programs are delivered using an application-based program where you can access your daily workouts that are accompanied by instruction videos and coaching feedback. We also currently offer virtual training sessions and assessments. During this session, a coach will take you through a variety of movement assessments and exercises to help ensure you have the proper instruction and movement capabilities to complete the program that you are provided.
